Do I need to pay to be represented by OTW Management?

No. Agent fees are regulated by FIFA and are typically structured as a percentage of the player's contract value upon successful placement. We never charge upfront fees for evaluation or consideration.

What age range do you work with?

Our primary focus is players aged 16–21, but we consider exceptional talent at any age. If you have the quality and the drive, we want to hear from you.

I'm a parent/guardian. How do I know my child is in safe hands?

We operate under FIFA's regulatory framework, which includes strict guidelines for representing minors. Every step of the process is transparent, documented, and designed with the player's wellbeing as the top priority.

What leagues do you place players in?

We have active relationships with clubs across Scandinavia, the Benelux, Portugal, and other European markets, as well as MLS in North America. Placement depends entirely on what's right for the player's development.

How long does the evaluation process take?

We review every submission personally. Due to the volume of inquiries, please allow up to 14 days for a response. If we see potential, we'll arrange a direct conversation.
